Please join me in thanking our colleague Jimmy Ip, Director of Regulatory Affairs for Asia and Pacific, for his many contributions to our company. As many of you are aware, he is dealing with a medical condition that has caused him to retire. His last day with us will be July 31, and our thoughts and prayers are with Jimmy during this challenging time.
Jimmy joined our company in 2011 and has had a distinguished 40-year career. As a registered chemist and medical laboratory scientist, he started his career as a hospital laboratory scientist in the Chemical Pathology Department of the Prince Henry’s Hospital in Melbourne.
