| I can remember in the 70'；s hearing about not calling them OPEC and_ instead calling them the Orgnaization of Food Using Countries. The battle cry back then was, "；One bushel of Wheat for One barrel of Oil."； The more things change the more things stay the same. OFUC is here again.
